Outlive Reality ("we," "us," or "our") is a legacy documentation service. Our platform conducts structured interviews to capture an individual's values, memories, beliefs, and personality patterns for the purpose of creating a personalised AI persona designed to guide their family or future generations.
We collect your name, phone number, and the answers you provide during your interview sessions. This includes personal reflections, family information, life stories, values, beliefs, decision-making patterns, personality traits, and aspirations. We also collect a payment reference code for transaction verification.
Your interview responses are collected and transmitted to the Outlive Reality team for the sole purpose of constructing your personalised AI persona. This process is entirely manual and human-reviewed by our team. Your information is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes. All data is treated with strict confidentiality.
Upon submission, your responses are securely transmitted to the Outlive Reality team for processing. Transmission is handled through encrypted channels. Your data is retained only as long as necessary to complete and deliver your legacy persona.
The AI persona created by Outlive Reality does not exactly replicate a person's complete thinking pattern, decision-making process, or personality. It is a representation based on the information provided during the interview. The persona is intended as a meaningful legacy tool and conversational guide for family members or future generations — not as a literal or complete digital copy of the individual. Outlive Reality makes no claim that the AI persona will fully or accurately represent all aspects of the individual's character, beliefs, or reasoning.
Payment is collected at the time of submission as a one-time fee for the legacy documentation service. Due to the nature of our service (personalised manual processing), we do not offer refunds once the submission has been received and processing has begun.
Our service is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
You may request deletion or correction of your personal data by contacting us. We will process such requests within 30 days.
